Deandre Lamar-Dante Johnson, 20, has been arrested in connection with the 2017 homicide of Daran Adams-Jackson. Jackson was shot and killed at Cambridge Square Apartments on Mason Street NE in Grand Rapids around 9:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22.
Several people are injured after a Massachusetts man's crime spree. It started when Juan Laporte, 32, of Springfield, crashed a car on I-91 in Wallingford. A 50-year-old pilot was found dead after his single-engine experimental aircraft was discovered Wednesday morning, Jan. 24, after the plane was reported missing on Tuesday, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said. Authorities later Wednesday identified the pilot as Matthew James Skwira, of Rice.
