2 year agoWorking Fire 1800 block 28th Pl. SE. Fire involved basement apartment in occupied 3 story apartment building. Fire extinguished by DC firefighters. 1 resident assisted from building & others sheltered in place. 2 evaluated by EMS & declined further treatment. 2 displaced
