1 dead in downtown shooting involving Denver police

DPD is investigating a shooting involving officers on Broadway at Lawrence Street. The adult female who was shot was pronounced deceased on-scene. There are road closures in the area; alternate routes advised. s will be provided as they become available

Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting on the 8XX block of East Allegheny Avenue in the 24th District. Victim #1: A 20-year-old black male suffered a gunshot wound to the right calf. Police took him to Temple University Hospital, where he was placed in stable condition. Victim #2: A 30-year-old black male suffered gunshot wounds to the chest and arm. He arrived at Temple University Hospital by private vehicle. He was placed in stable condition.

Philadelphia Police responded to a report for a person with a gun, on the 12XX block of Bridge Street, in the 15th District. Police located both victims inside a Honda CR-V. Victim #1: A 35-year-old Hispanic male suffered a gunshot wound to the neck. Police took him to Temple University Hospital, where he was placed in stable condition. Victim #2: A 31-year-old Hispanic female suffered a gunshot wound to the face. Police took her to Temple University Hospital, where she was placed in stable condition.

A 26-year-old black male suffered gunshot wounds to the shoulder and left thigh. He was placed in stable condition. The location of the incident is unknown at this time. No scene has been located, no weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made at this time.

Hicago police on the scene of a fatal early morning Father's Day shooting of an unidentified male approximately 35 to 40 years of age who was shot several times barbarically and was killed on Father's Day in Chicago, Illinois on June 16, 2024. At approximately 2:32 a.m., Sunday morning on Father's Day on the 11500 block of S. LaSalle Street, Chicago police discovered an unidentified male victim, approximately 35 to 40 years of age who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Over 35 casings were located near the victim's body and more than 35 shell casings were discovered on the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and there are no suspects in custody.
