1 week agoOmaha FireDept have released that one person was found deceased in a house fire at 3925 Monroe Street. The cause of the fire was determined to be incendiary which means it was intentionally set. The incident is being investigated by OPD and OFD jointly and is ongoing at this time.
Earlier this morning there was a threat of violence made to a group of students from Bladensburg High School. Out of an abundance of caution every threat is taken seriously. The school was put on lockdown until officers arrived and cleared the building of any possible threats
