A 17-year-old boy is recovering after being shot by police during an investigation of a reported stolen vehicle near 92nd & Congress Tuesday
A man is stable after he was shot around 5:30 a.m. near W. 11th and N. Centennial in Indianapolis, according to @IMPDnews. This is near 10th St. and Tibbs Ave. Officers were called to the area for shots fired and found the man when they arrived. : Jonathon Christians/WRTV
