2 year agoPittsburgh Police said a Shotspotter alert went out around 2:38 a.m. A witness gave police a description of the person they saw shooting. Police said the suspect fired shots at officers when they found this person. Officers returned fire. No injuries reported
5800 block of 3rd Ave S: Fire contained within a commercial warehouse. Crews on scene report the fire was extinguished by a sprinkler system. Reducing response to a few units. No injuries reported

2 year agoApprox. 1:55 AM PGFD units were dispatched to a multifamily dwelling in the 6800-block of Riverdale Rd. in Lanham for a reported structure fire. On scene crews found fire showing on the second floor. The fire extended to the roof and a third alarm was initiated
