AFD units are responding to a brush fire in the 1300 block of East Rundberg Lane. Fire reported to have started in a vehicle and spread to nearby brush. No structures currently threatened

Structure fire in the 700 Block of Windwillow Way in Wood Ranch. Arriving units discovered a fully involved kitchen fire in a two story duplex. Firefighters made an aggressive attack, quickly knocking down the fire and limiting further spread it to the room of origin. Units will be remaining on scene for the next hour conducting overhaul and salvage operations. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
