1 year agoHis identification is pending. There were three additional occupants with the driver. They were all conveyed to a local hospital. A 35-year-old male is in critical condition. A 21-year-old female and a 28-year-old female is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing
MPD is investigating a fatal accident that occurred in the 2900 block of W. Capitol Drive. The driver of a 2001 gray Oldsmobile was traveling east on W. Capitol Drive when it struck a tree. The male driver did succumb to his injuries while en route to the hospital
