2 year agoRed Cross now helping dozens of Stockton residents displaced when a three-alarm fire broke out downtown. The fire sent a column of black smoke as crews rushed in from surrounding departments to help tackle the blaze. I took the 1st photo before the next apt. caught fire

Stolen was a Michael Kors bag and gold ringweapon used was a tan colored handgun possibly a glock
