2 year agoAt 1:06 a.m., HCFR was dispatched to the area of Fire Ring Court in Myrtle Beach for an outside fire. This fire is approximately two acres in size, currently. HCFR is working to extinguish, but people in the area may notice smoke and emergency response vehicles
2 year agoWalking through the Coronado Pointe neighborhood of Laguna Niguel. Seeing many homes still with active flames. The devastation is widespread. Fire crews from numerous agencies making sure the flames don't spread further

Fire crews dealt with a fire running through the rubber membrane of a roof this morning in the 7900 block of Rockville Road. Approximately 75 feet of the warehouse roof was damaged, along with several solar panels, but the fire was brought under control quickly

2 year agoNight attack mode, lots of engines and trucks helping with structure protection, along with one helicopter performing water drops tonight at the Coastal Fire in Laguna Niguel, CA. Large homes continue to burn tonight and despite firefighters best efforts, many were lost

The PPD is investigating a homicide near the 1600 block of Cavalier Blvd. An adult female was located with a fatal gunshot wound around 12:41 a.m. At this time the victim has not been identified. More to follow as information becomes available
