CMPD is investigating a homicide in North Charlotte after sources say a child was fatally shot on Blackhawk Rd. The shooting happened shortly before 1am
1201 W Ave I, Cliff's Liquor. Victim was assaulted by 2 Dp's in newer model Nissan. Weapon used was a stick. Victim having difficulty speaking. Being treated by fire at this time. Post will update if further information is received
