2 year agoHouston Police:ARRESTED: Henry David Cossette, 28, now charged with murder in the Feb. 6 death of a woman at 8600 South Course Drive. While the woman's identity is still pending, detectives believe the victim is missing person, Sara Goodwin, 19.
